Illinois rapper, Homicide the Hooligan is known as a punchline rapper and his latest releases don't do a single thing to change that narrative. On his "Timmy Turner Freestyle" he raps, "You either selling white or selling green/or a nightmare trying to sell a dream" and "Nobody" finds the young OG spewing street wisdom like, "Main motto/Fuck everybody, trust nobody/You caught a body leave no witness/No body". If punches is bunches is what you're used to look no further than these brand new singles.

Truth aka Trouble & Chase Baby, 2 of the Midwest's most prominent emcees, have joined forces to form the Power Duo, Trouble Chasin'.  Hailing from Champaign, IL., both are known for their high intensity, uptempo flows, complex bars, and crazy stage presence.  All of these and more are displayed flawlessly over 15 tracks on their self-titled LP, "Trouble Chasin".  It's rare nowadays to find an album that you can bang from start to finish, but these guys delivered.  With songs like "I.S.S." (In School Suspension), "B.I.B.S." (Bitch I'm Bout to Smash), and "Alot", this album has a little something for everyone.  Rating: 9/10
